PROJECT OVERVIEW:
The purpose of this scheme was to install a new section of footpath, drainage and fencing works, to form a diversion to the Taff Trail. The works involved constructing a new 3.0m wide shared use cycleway / footway. The route is located east of the existing route and is sited on higher ground. The aim was to reduce the frequency of flooding on this section of the Taff Trail.

- Site clearance including removal of site debris
- Installation of fencing and gates
- Drainage
- Excavating of earthworks
- Footway construction
